We currently deliver Australia wide, offering standard shipping at checkout for our Retail customers. An express option is available, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Disclaimer: Please note that deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer than the standard 2–10 business days and may incur additional shipping charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly with the revised shipping cost. You’ll then have the option to proceed with the updated charge or cancel your order for a full refund.
Processing Time
All orders are packed with care and typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Order Tracking

Free Standard Shipping Offer
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250. However, in rare cases where an order is unusually large, heavy, or requires delivery to a remote location, additional shipping charges may apply. If this occurs, we’ll contact you before processing the order to discuss options, including accepting the additional shipping charge or cancelling the order for a full refund.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. However, if you're located in New Zealand, we may be able to assist with a custom shipping option. Please contact us directly at info@maycohouse.com with your enquiry and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
