Returns Policy

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day change of mind policy for full-priced items only. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unused and unwashed.
  • With original tags and packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

To begin the return process, please complete the returns online form. Once we receive your request, you’ll be provided with instructions on how to send your return. Returns must be shipped to the address below, and the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility:

Please indicate on the form whether you’d like a refundexchange, or credit note for your return. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 72 hours so that we can resolve the issue promptly. We will assess the situation and arrange a solution.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items (unless faulty). This includes products purchased with discount codes or promotional sales.
  • Custom products, such as special orders, are non-returnable.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch with us for clarification.

Exchanges and Credit Notes:

If you would like to exchange an item for another, please include the product code and quantity of the desired exchange item in the description section of the online returns form.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Please note: We do not refund shipping costs associated with your initial order.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@maycohouse.com.
